We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items according to company standards, maintaining quality and presentation
• Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
• Manage customer orders efficiently while providing friendly and attentive service
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist with food safety practices, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers

Skills

• Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments preferred
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling skills
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
• Kitchen experience or prior food industry background is advantageous
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance sales
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
