Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Interlock Lead Hand to join our seasonal team. In this leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day interlock installation projects, manage a crew, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain safety standards on site. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong leadership skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of interlock installers on residential and commercial projects
- Interpret blueprints, site plans, and design layouts
- Ensure proper preparation of surfaces, cutting, and laying interlock stones
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, efficiency, and safety
- Train and mentor crew members on installation techniques and safety procedures
- Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of interlock installation experience
- Previous experience in a lead hand or supervisory role preferred
- Strong knowledge of interlock materials, techniques, and tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret site plans and drawings
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and leadership skills
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $25.00-$65.00 per hour
