The Opportunity
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping the teams that deliver digital health services across Saskatchewan. You'll help leaders find the right people with the right skills while supporting a culture that values curiosity, empowerment, and continuous improvement. In this role, you'll help refine and evolve our recruitment processes, strengthen relationships across the organization, and ensure an exceptional experience for every hiring leader and candidate. You'll be joining a small, collaborative team where your ideas and insights truly matter.
What You'll Do
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles, including unionized positions requiring close adherence to collective agreement language.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with hiring leaders through proactive communication, thoughtful consultation, and informed guidance.
- Ask meaningful, strategic questions to understand root causes, identify real needs, and support leaders in making confident, high-quality hiring decisions.
- Provide exceptional candidate and leader experiences by ensuring timely updates, clear information, and a solutions-focused approach.
- Support process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance consistency, and strengthen recruitment best practices.
- Use data, curiosity, and insight to anticipate challenges, connect the dots, and propose creative recruitment strategies.
- Champion eHealth's values by promoting equitable, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices.

Experience & Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR consulting, or HR operations roles.
- Experience supporting recruitment processes in a unionized environment is a strong asset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and provide consultative support to leaders.
- CPHR designation or progress toward it is considered an asset.

Anticipated Start Date: April 2026
Location: This position is based on site in Regina. For roles requiring Regina office space, temporary remote work may be required during our office move. On site work will resume once the new Regina office is ready.
