Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership and operational expertise in a high-performance body shop
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability
- Build lasting customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Develop and maintain a positive, engaged team environment
- Recruit, mentor, and train team members to support continued growth
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing a collision repair shop
- Well-versed in the latest repair methods, technology, and materials
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, efficient, and people-focused
- Strong professional references
