Have proven sales leadership experience with a track record of achieving targets
Bring considerable experience in retail sales or a customer‑facing industry
Excel at training, coaching, and developing team members

What You'll Do
As a Store Leader, you will:
Manage, coach, and support Sales Associates to reach individual and team goals
Lead by example with active floor leadership and personal sales performance
Conduct one‑on‑ones, team meetings, and performance reviews
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing team development
Foster a positive, high‑performance store culture aligned with our Core Values
Ensure exceptional customer experiences and resolve escalations
Oversee scheduling, PTO approvals, and daily operational standards
Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct counts, and manage receiving processes
Ensure merchandising, cleanliness, and store organization meet company standards
Implement company initiatives and communicate updates to the team
Collaborate with your District Sales Manager, TELUS, and other support teams
Schedule: Full-time, 32-40 hours per week (Monday - Sunday)
