Senior Site Superintendent – Multi-Family

Squamish, BC

$125K–$150K


An established GC is seeking a Senior Site Superintendent to lead multi-family new construction projects. This role oversees full site execution, ensuring schedule, quality, and safety while coordinating trades and working closely with the Project Manager.


Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day site operations from excavation to completion

• Manage trades, schedule, and critical path

• Maintain site safety, quality control, and WorkSafeBC compliance

• Run site meetings and enforce construction standards

• Prepare lookaheads, track progress, and manage deficiencies

• Identify RFIs and resolve site issues proactively

• Mentor junior staff and support team development


Requirements:

• 5–10+ years’ experience in wood-frame and/or concrete multi-family

• Proven full-cycle Superintendent experience

• Strong understanding of drawings, specs, and construction practices

• Solid leadership and communication skills
