Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Siding Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing Hardie Board and LP siding, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. There will be opportunity to be a crew leader for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install Hardie Board and LP siding materials on residential properties.
- Measure, cut, and fit siding panels to ensure precise installation.
- Apply weatherproofing techniques, including flashing and moisture barriers.
- Trim and finish siding around windows, doors, and other openings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Some experience in siding installation, specifically with Hardie Board and LP products.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Some knowledge of siding installation techniques and weatherproofing methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Boom lift and fall arrest tickets are considered an asset
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$36.00 per hour
