Your new company
A long‑established engineering and design firm that supports municipalities, government agencies, and private developers with services spanning civil engineering, landscape architecture, and geomatics. Manage subconsultants, support public engagement, maintain strong relationships with municipal and government clients, and lead proposal pursuits including scope development, scheduling, fee estimation, and broader business development efforts. Represent the firm in meetings with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders while mentoring junior staff, supporting their technical development, and contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing team environment. Guide quality control processes, participate in technical reviews, help refine internal tools and best practices, and support the company’s market presence through industry involvement and brand‑building activities.
