Job Description

Our client is looking for Senior Electrical Substation Design Engineers with > 10 years of experience. The firm, situated in the Greater Toronto Area, is expanding its team and requires your expertise. This is a contract role.

Your qualifications will encompass:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, along with more than 10 years of experience in Transmission Line Design, Transmission Structure Design and other Structural Design
  • PLS-CADD, PLS-Tower, PLS-Pole, HFAD
  • The capability to work independently within a collaborative team environment.
  • Your duties will involve:

  • Continuous communication and coordination with clients, other consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Contributing your extensive knowledge of codes and standards relevant to your design responsibilities.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Exhibiting creativity and innovation in problem-solving.
