The Senior Solutions Analyst uses their extensive analytical skills and business knowledge to support business units and external client's business processes and system applications. They possess a breadth and depth of knowledge that enables them to identify efficiencies and provide business solutions across multiple areas, in addition to supporting existing systems. They bridge the gap between the lines of business and IT. As a senior member of the Implementation and Operational Support Team, the Senior Solutions Analyst takes a leadership role in delivery of projects and business change.
How you will create impact:
- Act as the prime contact for problem resolution, provide support and direction to team members.
- Provide daily support to the business units, resolving business, system, and work-flow or process problems.
- Complete ongoing error analysis and resolution related to business data, business and system problem.
- Identifying opportunities to improve business and systems processes.
- Work with the business and/or information technology to determine the optimum configuration to meet the desired outcome. Identifying downstream impacts and mitigate risks when configuring systems.
- Build, maintain and verify data extracts/reports to and from stakeholders.
- Coordinate initiatives and priorities within the team.
- Develop and maintain team procedures.
To join our team:
- You have 5-7 years of experience as a business system analyst, business analyst, solutions analyst or related role.
- You have a post-secondary diploma in business administration, information technology or a related certification.
- Experience using MS Access, SQL and/or Excel Power Query/Power BI is an asset.
- Having a Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certificate, Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate, Life Office Management Association (LOMA), or Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) is an asset.

Expected salary range $72,847.00to$121,411.00
The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
