Job description:
- Lead quality assurance for Child Welfare systems
, including testing of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) solutions such as case management platforms (e.g., Curam), ensuring regulatory compliance, accessibility standards (AODA), and high-quality service delivery for vulnerable populations. - Drive end-to-end testing strategy and execution
by developing user stories, test plans, test strategies, and comprehensive functional & non-functional test cases, enabling early defect detection and reduced delivery risk across the SDLC. - Execute, manage, and optimize defect lifecycle
through structured test execution (manual and tool-based), root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and defect reporting using Azure DevOps, ensuring product stability and reliability. - Collaborate cross-functionally with BAs, stakeholders, and delivery teams
to ensure clear requirements, effective change/release management (ITIL), strong data validation (SQL/DB systems), and continuous quality improvement across Child Welfare programs.
