This position will be based out of our Guelph brewery location.**Key Responsibilities :****•** Manage capital projects and improvements in accordance with the organization’s Capex Management Process.• Lead project teams to achieve project deliverables. Project scope will include process improvement for equipment, brewery equipment, HVAC, building/structural. • Provide input to the development of annual strategic capital planning and associated budgets for assigned region• Support the new product development process as it relates to engineering• Lead the regional implementation of national engineering standards and specifications• Ensure that regional engineering practices comply with regulatory and legislative standards• Improve existing or create new processes by analyzing people / machine / material / environmental issues and making appropriate improvements / changes• Collaborate with Finance to maintain an accurate Fixed Asset Register and ensure process compliance; provide recommendations to revise related policies, as required• Support the manufacturing facility to identify equipment obsolescence or end-of-life issues and create plans to mitigate risks• Support manufacturing facilities in optimizing quality, safety, and operational efficiencies• Support the deployment and management of continuous improvement initiatives• Create an annual personal development plan to upgrade your skills and improve your ability to deliver value to the organization• Maintain adherence to quality and food safety program standards to ensure food safety, quality and legal requirements are being met• Perform other related duties as required**Requirements:****•** Post-secondary education in engineering or related technical field• Professional Engineer designation considered an asset• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management preferably in the food and beverage industry Brewery experience considered an asset• Effective communications skills, both written and verbal• Computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office software including Microsoft Project; knowledge of CAD software required• Experience in piping and instrumentation diagram and blueprint reading • Demonstrated ability to analyze high volumes of complex data and create insights• Proficiency in all aspects of capital project management, including budgets• Demonstrated working knowledge of relevant Canadian regulatory standards and codes• Demonstrated working knowledge in the areas of food safety, HACCP and/or ISO standards of quality, quality assurance, financial management**Working Conditions****•** Perform work in manufacturing facilities approximately 50% of the time, and in an office environment approximately 50% of the time• Travel required approximately 10% of the time• Required to wear proper PPE to mitigate hazards present in production area----------------------------------------------------Relevant de la directrice nationale de l’ingénierie, le/la gestionnaire principal·e de projets sénior -ingénierie aura à gérer le processus de dépenses d’investissement, notamment la planification des besoins annuels en matière de dépenses d’investissement, et dirigera les projets d’investissement selon le flux de gestion de projet, du lancement du projet à sa clôture. Bureau situé à Guelph, ON.**Responsabilités principales:*** Gérer des projets d’investissement et d’améliorations en se conformant au processus de gestion des dépenses d’investissement;* Diriger des équipes de projet en vue d’atteindre les livrables du projet. La portée du projet comprendra l'amélioration des processus pour l'équipement, l'équipement de brasserie, le CVC, le bâtiment/la structure;* Contribuer à la planification stratégique annuelle des projets d’investissement et à l’établissement des budgets connexes pour la région attribuée;* Soutenir le processus de développement de nouveaux produits en ce qui a trait à l’ingénierie;* Superviser la mise en œuvre de normes et de spécifications d’ingénierie nationales;* S’assurer que les pratiques d’ingénierie régionales se conforment aux normes législatives et réglementaires;* Améliorer les processus existants ou en créer de nouveaux en analysant des problèmes liés aux employé·es, à l’équipement, aux matériaux ou à l’environnement, et apporter les améliorations ou les modifications appropriées;* Collaborer avec le service des Finances afin d’assurer l’exactitude du registre d’immobilisations et de garantir la conformité des processus; offrir des recommandations en vue de réviser des politiques connexes, au besoin;* Offrir du soutien aux installations de fabrication afin de déterminer l’obsolescence de l’équipement ou de détecter des problèmes liés à la fin de vie de celui-ci et élaborer des plans pour réduire les risques;* Offrir du soutien aux installations de fabrication pour optimiser la qualité, la sécurité et l’efficacité des opérations;* Soutenir le déploiement et la gestion d’initiatives d’amélioration continue;* Élaborer annuellement un plan de perfectionnement individuel visant l’amélioration de vos compétences et le renforcement de votre capacité à faire une contribution positive à l’entreprise;* Veiller au respect des normes du programme de sécurité alimentaire et de qualité afin d’assurer la conformité avec les exigences légales, de qualité et de sécurité alimentaire;* Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe, au besoin.**Exigences:*** Diplôme d’études postsecondaires en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe;* Titre professionnel d’ingénieur considéré comme un atout;* Au moins 7 ans d’expérience dans un poste associé à la gestion de projets, de préférence dans l’industrie des aliments et des boissons. De l’expérience au sein de l’industrie brassicole serait considérée comme un atout;* Excellentes aptitudes de communication à l’oral comme à l’écrit;* Connaissances en informatique et capacité à utiliser la suite Microsoft Office, incluant Microsoft Project; connaissance du logiciel CAD requise;* Expérience en lecture de schémas de procédés et d’instrumentation, et de plans;* Capacité manifeste à analyser un volume important de données
