You will navigate complex financial landscapes while collaborating closely with senior management to produce insightful analyses and drive effective budgeting strategies. Key responsibilities encompass financial systems, data governance, and maintaining consistent reporting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain reconciled multi-year budgets for all grants
• Lead quarterly forecasting and variance analysis exercises
• Collaborate on annual budgeting and financial reporting
• Develop dashboards and manage reporting tools
• Train staff on financial systems and reporting best practices
Requirements:
• 8–10 years in financial planning or analysis
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA designation preferred
• Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, and NetSuite
• Experience in a non-profit or global context preferred
