Lead agile software delivery as a Senior Delivery Lead in a dynamic environment. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communication to ensure seamless project execution.As a Senior Delivery Lead, you'll manage the Agile scrum process and support cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality software products. You will identify and resolve project impediments while maintaining risks and issues tracking. Your role focuses on budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring all milestones are achieved in collaboration with dependent teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the Scrum Master for agile delivery teams
• Track project lifecycle and prepare execution plans
• Maintain project risk tracker and communicate updates
• Ensure milestones and approvals are timely met
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies and retrospectives
Requirements:
• 5 years managing complex software projects
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology; CSM/PSM preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to juggle multiple initiatives efficiently
