Job Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Job Type: Casual
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Shifts: Various Days (1900 - 0700)
Position Overview
Allied Universal is seeking a dedicated Security Shift Supervisor - Downtown Winnipeg to oversee and lead on-shift security operations in Downtown Winnipeg, Manitoba. This full-time leadership role is responsible for supervising security personnel, ensuring contract compliance, maintaining service quality standards, and responding effectively to incidents and client needs during overnight hours.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise overnight security personnel and ensure proper staffing coverage
Oversee scheduling, on-site training, and compliance with contract requirements
Inspect officer performance to maintain service quality standards
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client requests in accordance with Post Orders
Provide leadership, direction, and performance feedback (commendations or corrective action)
Monitor and control overtime
Support investigations, reporting, and physical security recommendations
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Manitoba Security Guard License (required)
Valid Class 5F driver's license
Minimum 1 year of verifiable supervisory experience in the security industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience operating radios, telephones, and monitoring systems
Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and investigative skills
Ability to assess situations quickly and write detailed reports
High attention to detail and professionalism
