Job Description

The Recreation & Culture department is looking for a seasonal labourer to work for the summer at Pipestone Creek Campground. Assisting the Campground Park Host, this position is responsible to clean and maintain washrooms, mowing, campsite maintenance and other outdoor labour work, as required.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License and acceptable driver's abstract
  • Experience operating lawn maintenance equipment
  • Physically capable for general labour duties
  • Ability to deal with members of the public in a professional manner
  • Willingness to undertake training in order to meet operational requirements.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to work efficiently and still meet County safety standards


Additional Information

Term Length: May 1st to October 15th, 2026.

Work Schedule: This job is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm, with some flexibility as required.

Hourly Pay: $25.53 - $30.03

Closing Date: March 4, 2026
