THE COMPANY:
Martin Motor Sports is an energetic dealership with several locations across Western Canada that carries the latest and greatest products in the boating industry all year round. Our products include MasterCraft, Moomba and Supra Wakesport Boats, Sea-Doo Sport Boats and Manitou and Bennington Pontoon Boats
THE POSITION:
This role involves assisting customers in our merchandising area with accessory sales.
- Greet customers and visitors, providing a friendly and welcoming environment.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing merchandise.
- Maintain product displays, stock inventory, and ensure the area remains organized.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, petty cash handling as well as bank transactions, organizing the customer lounge area and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide additional support for team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Skills required:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, especially in a dealership setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient use of computer programs and technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service focused environment, while multitasking and managing time effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
