What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive furniture and mattress sales in a high-traffic showroom
  • Engage customers confidently and close sales
  • Upsell and maximize transaction value
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets
  • Participate in contests and performance initiatives
  • Maintain a professional, energetic presence on the sales floor
What We’re Looking for
Experience
  • Sales experience (retail preferred)
  • Commission-based selling experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with big-ticket sales (asset)
