Account Executive | High Performance Sales Role | AI + Real EstateWe are hiring a high performance Account Executive to close leads in the real estate space using a proven one call close sales process.
We are changing the real estate marketing agency sector with lead gen and an ai caller to automate booked appointments for agents.
This is a high upside role for someone who is confident on the phone, fast at building trust, and comfortable closing in a single conversation.
Compensation
• On Target Earnings: ~$15,000 per month
• Top Performer Potential: Up to ~$40,000 per month
• Commission Driven Structure
Ramp Period
• 3 to 4 month ramp to full production
• Training, scripts, and proven frameworks provided
• Real deal flow from day one
What You Will Do
• Call and close pre qualified real estate leads
• Run structured one call closes on low ticket packages
• Follow a proven sales framework while adding your own style
• Track conversations and outcomes in CRM
• Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets
Ideal Candidate
• Proven phone sales or closing experience
• Strong objection handling and tone control
• Comfortable selling to real estate agents or service businesses (preferred but not required)
• Highly competitive and money motivated
• Self managed and disciplined
