Seasonal Part-Time RV Delivery & Customer Experience Specialist
We’re looking for a professional, hands‑on, people‑focused seasonal part‑time RV Delivery & Customer Experience Specialist to join our team for peak season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, working with their hands, and staying active while taking pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is a seasonal part‑time position, with increased hours available during peak spring and summer months, including evenings and weekends.
What This Role Is Really About
You are the final and most important touchpoint in the customer journey. When a customer arrives to pick up their RV, you are the expert who walks them through everything — how it works, how to use it safely, and how to enjoy it with confidence.
When not delivering RVs, you’ll support dealership operations, making this a varied, fast‑paced, and hands‑on role.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver full RV orientations and walkthroughs
- Clearly and confidently explain RV systems (power, water, propane, appliances, awnings, slide‑outs, etc.)
- Perform minor mechanical or setup adjustments without requiring a technician
- Answer customer questions professionally and calmly
- Educate customers on warranties, accessories, and camping supplies available in‑store
- Move RVs around the lot and shop (forklift training provided)
- Support the sales and service teams as needed
- Assist with RV trade shows, setup, and takedown
- Stay active and on your feet throughout the day
