Looking for a reliable Rough Rake Labourer to support a paving crew. This role involves preparing and leveling asphalt to ensure smooth, high-quality finished surfaces in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Responsibilities
Spread, rake, and level hot mix asphalt
Assist crew with grade, slope, and depth
Clean edges, joints, and excess asphalt
Follow foreman direction and support crew productivity
Maintain a safe and clean work site
Requirements
Construction or asphalt experience preferred
Physically fit; able to perform hard labour
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Flexible schedule with overtime availability
Ability to work well in a team
Safety certifications and driver’s license are assets
