Job Title : Retail Store Supervisor (NOC 62010) No. of openings : 2 positions available Job Type : Full time and permanent Anticipation Date : As soon as possible Wages : $36.00 per hour (40 hours per week) Location : 4 Versailles Ave St. Albert, AB T8N 3V7 Job requirements: Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 7 months to less than 1 year Ability to Supervise 3-4 people Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities Candidate must be able to withstand sitting, walking and standing for an extended period of time in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must also have great attention to detail. Personal Suitability Candidate must be able to work well in a team, be reliable, organized, and flexible. Specific Skills Delegate tasks/duties to sales workers Authorize payments and return of merchandise Sell merchandise Prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and complaints Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock Make sure that health and safety measures are met Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
