Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, take orders accurately, This role requires a strong understanding of food and beverage service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with food safety standards are highly valued.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and adherence to food safety regulations
- Assist in food preparation when necessary and maintain cleanliness of service areas
- Address guest inquiries professionally and resolve any concerns promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with sanitation standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to handle food safely and follow sanitation guidelines
- Basic math skills for billing, cash handling, and order calculations
- Excellent time management skills
- Familiarity with food industry standards, food safety, and food handling procedures
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality setting
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $17.85-$22.59 per hour
