- Lead day-to-day operations of a full-service restaurant and barbr
- Create an energized, guest-focused culture that keeps travelers coming backbr
- Coach, develop, and retain a strong team of managers and hourly staffbr
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are consistently metbr
- Drive financial performance through scheduling, cost controls, and forecastingbr
- Oversee inventory, merchandising, and operational systemsbr
- Partner with airport stakeholders and SSP leadership to execute brand standardsbr
- Solve problems quickly while keeping the guest experience front and center/pdiv align=centerhr align=center size=2 width=100%/divpstrongWhat We’re Looking For/strong/pp
- Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a full-service environmentbr
- Bar management experience preferredbr
- Proven success leading teams in high-volume restaurantsbr
- Strong financial and operational skills including Pamp;
L managementbr
- Comfortable using POS systems, Microsoft Office, and operational reporting toolsbr
- Confident communicator who can work effectively with leadership and cross-functional teamsbr
- Ability to obtain Transport Canada clearance (5-year background check)br
- High School Diploma required;
