Client Services & Benefits Administrator Join One of Canada's Top Insurance Brokerages
Location: Concord, Flexible / Hybrid Options Available Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Commensurate with experience
What You’ll Do
- Support the implementation and day-to-day administration of group benefits plans for new and existing clients
- Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly customer service to clients and members
- Respond to insurance inquiries with clarity, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Perform general clerical duties including scanning, printing, mail distribution, and document management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files in the company CRM
- Use quoting software, insurance carrier portals, Zoom, and DocuSign to support departmental needs
- Stay informed on the ever-changing group benefits landscape through ongoing training and learning opportunities
What You Bring
- 1+ years of experience in group benefits administration (preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of professionalism and commitment to outstanding client service
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to contribute to business growth
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the group benefits insurance industry—training provided!
- Post-secondary education (college or university degree preferred)
- Excellent computer proficiency; experience with CRM systems and digital tools is a plus
- LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) license in Ontario is preferred, but not required
