About the Role
We're looking for a creative, reliable videographer to produce high-quality listing videos for beautiful homes. This role goes beyond just filming interiors and exteriors—you'll be responsible for bringing fresh, engaging video concepts that showcase each property in a way that performs well on social media and attracts real attention.

Responsibilities
- Film professional-quality interior and exterior footage of residential listings
- Conceptualize engaging video ideas tailored to each home
- Deliver fully edited videos for:
- Short-form social media (Instagram Reels, Facebook, etc.)
- Long-form content (YouTube)
- Travel to various communities in Calgary and occasionally to nearby towns eg. Okotoks/Airdrie etc
- Deliver final edited videos by the following day after each shoot
- Collaborate closely with our team and adapt based on feedback
- Maintain a consistent visual style and high production quality
Requirements
- Proven experience shooting and editing real estate or lifestyle video content
- Strong creative eye and ability to pitch engaging video concepts
- Must provide all their own video equipment(including drone) and editing software
- Proficiency with professional camera gear, stabilization, and editing software
- Reliable vehicle and ability to travel locally
- Fast, dependable turnaround times (next-day delivery is a must)
- Open to constructive criticism and easy to work with
- Strong communication skills and professionalism on-site
- Available to shoot weekdays during the daytime
Nice to Have
- Experience creating viral or high-performing social media content
- Drone footage certification and experience
- Portfolio showcasing real estate or cinematic property videos
