Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :
$81,005 - $109,595 Technical expertise needed:Support a national sales and lending team on complex loan files. You’ll serve as an expert mentor to team and operations employees, and provide training and team onboarding.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee operations to ensure consistent execution of procedures
- Input and verify complex customer financial source documentation
- Transfer knowledge to team members through informal coaching and answering questions
- Work closely with partners to gather required information to process requests
- Communicate effectively with operations field staff with a high degree of knowledge
