Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee EPC TS Station Build projects, focusing on supporting pre-construction and execution of large-scale utility projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive EPC project delivery from 0–90% design and into execution.


• Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with P6 schedulers.


• Manage cost reporting, project budgets, and provide monthly updates.


• Oversee deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget performance.


• Lead coordination with owners, engineers, utilities, and internal teams.


• Prepare project reports and present updates to customers.


• Support tendering, constructability reviews, and risk management.


• Execute projects aggressively while maintaining cost awareness and leadership presence.

Essential Skills

• 7+ years of experience in EPC Project Management.


• Experience handling projects with a budget of $10+ million.


• Construction experience, particularly in Hydro One Transformer Station or Transmission Line projects.


• Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.


• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling and making minor adjustments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in the utility field, particularly civil or electrical.


• Ability to deal with push-back from sub-contractors.


• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and initiative.


• Flexibility and team player attitude.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Cambridge, ON.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $100.00/hr.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Cambridge, ON.
