As a Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and managing our portfolio of social, sports, and casino‑like products by leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning. This is a full‑time IN‑OFFICE position in Vaughan.


Responsibilities



  • Strategic Planning: Take charge of developing and executing the product roadmap for our iGaming platforms. Your decisions will be guided by market trends, customer needs, and our business objectives, focusing on where AI/ML can drive the most value.

  • Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of the game by constantly monitoring the industry landscape. Be aware of regulatory changes, emerging technologies (like Generative AI and predictive modeling), and competitive advancements to keep our products innovative and relevant.

  • User‑Centric Approach: Connect with our customers by conducting in‑depth user research. Utilize AI‑driven insights and behavioral data to understand their pain points and preferences, ensuring our algorithms enhance rather than disrupt the user experience.

  • Product Development: Collaborate seamlessly with cross‑functional teams, including machine learning engineers, data scientists, design, marketing, and operations. Together, define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the entire product development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality models and features.

  • Stakeholder Management: Your excellent communication skills will be crucial in translating complex technical concepts into clear business value, conveying the product strategy, progress, and key metrics to stakeholders across the organization.

  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Make informed decisions backed by data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Track traditional product metrics alongside AI‑specific KPIs—such as model accuracy, user engagement lift from personalization, and feature adoption rates—to optimize platform performance.


Requirements



  • Experience: Bring your minimum of 3 years of product management experience to the table, ideally with a focus on data‑centric products in the relevant industry or a closely related field.

  • Technical Acumen: Demonstrate your proficiency in agile methodologies and product development processes, alongside a solid foundational understanding of machine learning principles.

  • User‑Centric Mindset: Showcase your proven track record of using user insights to drive product decisions and deliver outstanding user experiences.

  • Analytical Skills: Leverage your ability to interpret data and metrics, helping to shape effective product strategies and measure product success.

  • Communication and Leadership: Your exceptional verbal and written communication skills will foster seamless collaboration with cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong project management experience is a must.

  • Results‑Driven: Demonstrate your ability to deliver successful products and meet business goals in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.

  • Education: Applicants should possess a degree in a related field or have equivalent professional experience.


Nice to Haves



  • AI/ML Lifecycle Experience: Familiarity with the lifecycle of machine learning models—from data collection and model training to deployment and continuous performance monitoring.

  • Industry‑Specific AI Applications: Prior experience implementing AI/ML solutions within iGaming or sports betting (e.g., personalized game recommendations, dynamic odds modeling, automated fraud detection, or predictive algorithms for responsible gaming).

  • Generative AI Integration: Understanding of how to leverage Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance user experience, such as intelligent customer support bots, dynamic in‑game content, or automated marketing.

  • AI Ethics and Compliance: Awareness of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy (e.g., GDPR) when training models on user data within a highly regulated landscape.
