Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated private English tutor to work with high school students of all levels remotely and in-person in the Oakville area.
Pay is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
Duties
- Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students
- Create personalized learning plans based on students' needs
- Help students understand challenging concepts and improve their academic performance
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and teachers to track progress
- Utilize various teaching methods to engage students effectively
Qualifications
- Master's Degree or OCT required
-PhD or PhD in a related field is an asset. - IELTS Instruction an asset
- Experience in tutoring or teaching, especially with children
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to educate and inspire students
- Familiarity with classroom dynamics and educational techniques
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $33.00-$38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 3 per week
