Your new role

As the Electrical Project Manager/Estimator, you will take a lead role in managing industrial electrical projects from conception through completion. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, consultants, contractors, and end users
  • Reviewing contracts and procuring required materials and equipment
  • Collaborating with foremen, superintendents, and project coordinators to assess labor needs and staffing plans
  • Developing detailed project schedules and overseeing execution across multiple projects, attending site as needed to monitor progress and quality
  • Preparing reports, project manuals, and supporting close‑out evaluations to identify strengths and areas for improvement
  • Supporting estimating and business operations if you have relevant experience, with corresponding increases in responsibility and compensation


What you'll need to succeed

  • 2–3 years of experience in electrical project management and/or estimating, ideally within industrial or commercial environments
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Solid knowledge of electrical systems, applicable codes, and industry best practices
  • Experience managing multiple projects, including cost control and financial tracking
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and virtual meeting platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with strong problem‑solving abilities
