Casa di Stefano is moving to a new location and expanding in Spring 2026, and the team is growing

Love the fire? So do we. Casa di Stefano is known for our Neapolitan-style pizzas, and we're looking for experienced pizzaiolos who can toss, stretch, and fire up pizza magic with skill and pride.

Casa di Stefano, recently named as one of top 20 Best Places to Eat in Nova Scotia by Curated magazine, as well as awarded the Hospitality Award for 2026 Nova Scotia Restaurant Awards, opened less than a year ago in Lower Sackville.

What We're Looking For:

Relevant Experience – At least 2 years in a similar role or practice, preferably in a commercial setting.

Thrives Under Pressure – Obsessed with consistency and speed, able to handle volume while maintaining quality.

Comfortable working with traditional wood-fired ovens, applicable experience is a strong asset.

Availability – We're looking to gradually train and grow the team and then have full-time positions no later than May 2026 (work 4-6 shifts per week , noon/night shifts, incl weekends).

Work Ethic & Attitude – Bring positivity, dedication, and a team spirit

Flexibility – You must be able to reliably commute to our Sackville location (car and license preferred).

Long-Term Mindset – Grow with us We want people excited about evolving within the business over time.

People Person – Be patient, friendly, and customer-oriented. We're all about creating a positive dining experience

Food Passionate – especially one obsessed with pizza, baking, and Italian cuisine, you'll fit right in

Clean & Safe – A strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and kitchen organization is a must.

What You'll Do:

  • Run the pizza station during lunch and dinner service.
  • Stretch and top dough with precision.
  • Manage the wood-fired oven and timing like a pro.
  • Prep ingredients and pizza dough ahead of service, help kitchen staff as required.
  • Work with the kitchen and floor team to keep service smooth.
  • Help with new menu ideas and seasonal specials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized station.
