Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional looking for a flexible, part-time role in the Kitchener–Waterloo area?
We are a growing mid-sized commercial and industrial cleaning company proudly serving businesses across Waterloo Region. We’re looking for a motivated Office Administrator to support our operations team and help keep our fast-paced office running smoothly.
This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility of working partly from home and partly from our Waterloo office.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a key administrative support team member, you will:
- Manage customer and contractor communications
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls (VOIP system)
- Manage email correspondence using Microsoft Outlook
- Prepare professional documents and business communications
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients and staff
- Maintain calendars and enter data accurately
- Update and manage documents in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Provide general office support to help drive company success
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in office administration or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Above-average typing speed and computer proficiency
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
- Comfortable supporting a large team in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and proactive attitude
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Experience working in service-based or operations-focused industries
- Familiarity with scheduling field staff
