Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional looking for a flexible, part-time role in the Kitchener–Waterloo area?

We are a growing mid-sized commercial and industrial cleaning company proudly serving businesses across Waterloo Region. We’re looking for a motivated Office Administrator to support our operations team and help keep our fast-paced office running smoothly.

This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility of working partly from home and partly from our Waterloo office.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key administrative support team member, you will:

  • Manage customer and contractor communications
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls (VOIP system)
  • Manage email correspondence using Microsoft Outlook
  • Prepare professional documents and business communications
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients and staff
  • Maintain calendars and enter data accurately
  • Update and manage documents in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Provide general office support to help drive company success

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in office administration or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Above-average typing speed and computer proficiency
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
  • Comfortable supporting a large team in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, professional, and proactive attitude

 

Preferred (But Not Required)

  • Experience working in service-based or operations-focused industries
  • Familiarity with scheduling field staff
