Salary: $78,000-$83.000

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused Payroll and People Specialist to join our team in Mississauga. This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who enjoys owning payroll, supporting employees across the full lifecycle, and partnering closely with leadership to keep day-to-day people operations running smoothly.
If you like structure, accuracy, and being the go-to person for payroll and employee support, this role offers a strong balance of responsibility and impact.
What you will be doing
• Process full-cycle payroll using ADP Workforce Now
• Run payroll and people-related reports to support people management and decision-making
• Support recruitment activities including resume screening and interview scheduling
• Coordinate onboarding for new employees, including systems access and first-day setup
• Track and manage vacation, sick leave, and employee time off
• Administer benefits enrollment for new employees and support basic benefits inquiries
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across systems
• Act as a point of contact for employees on payroll and people-related questions
Who we are looking for
• 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll focused role supporting an HR department
• Hands-on experience processing payroll using ADP Workforce Now
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with reports and data
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident communicating with employees and managers at all levels
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is an asset
