This position is a casual role working 0-19 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. Availability to work Saturdays is required.
What Will You Be Doing?
Warmly greeting customers as they enter our store
Communicating with customers in person, by phone, and by email
Billing the customer, their medical service provider and other third parties
Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills
What Do You Bring?
Passionate about customer service experience; a great communicator who can provide exceptional interactions with customers
Committed to excelling as a member of a high performing team
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite
Previous retail experience is considered an asset

The expected starting compensation for this position is between $19.19 to $19.57 hourly, considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications.
