What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming customers with a positive, professional attitude—you're the first point of contact
• Providing expert guidance and keeping customers informed through every stage of their parts purchase.
• Helping customers get back to business quickly by ensuring their parts needs are addressed efficiently.
• Building relationships and contributing to a strong, service-focused team.
• Creating detailed purchase orders and accurately processing invoices and payments.
• Collaborating with technicians to ensure all parts details are clear and service is up to Kooy's high standards.
• Supporting the team, including working Saturday mornings as needed.
