PART-TIME LUNCH STAFF (FRIDAY & SATURDAY)
Baegopa – Richmond Hill (Bayview & Major Mackenzie)
Baegopa is a Korean street food restaurant located near a high school in Richmond Hill. We are looking for a reliable and responsible team member to join our lunch team.
Position Schedule:
Primary Shifts:
Friday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Saturday 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Approximately 10 hours per week.
Additional weekday shifts may be offered depending on business needs and performance.
Important:
Because our restaurant is located near a school, sales may fluctuate due to school calendar changes, PA Days, March Break, and weather conditions. As a result, schedules may occasionally vary. Flexibility is important.
Responsibilities:
- Basic food preparation
- Order assembly and packaging
- POS operation
- Customer service
- Cleaning and dishwashing
- Supporting the owner during busy periods
You will not be working alone on Fridays. Saturday mornings may require independent operation.
Requirements:
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Valid Food Handler Certificate (required)
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multitask
Korean language ability is considered an asset.
Previous restaurant experience is an asset but not required.
Compensation:
Hourly wage based on experience.
Vacation pay in accordance with Ontario ESA.
