Narrow Aisle Reach Operator
Location: Mississauga (Innovator Dr & Ambassador Dr
Shift: Day Shift Only – 10-hour shifts
Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour (increase to $22.00 per hour after 2–3 months, following performance review)
Status: Full-time, long-term opportunity
Start Date: Immediate
We are hiring Narrow Aisle Reach Operators to support daily warehouse operations in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment. This role requires attention to detail, safe equipment operation, and a commitment to consistent attendance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate narrow aisle reach trucks safely and efficiently
- Pick, put away, and move product according to work orders and inventory requirements
- Review work instructions and follow warehouse procedures accurately
- Assist with shrink wrapping, palletizing, and general material handling as needed
- Perform basic equipment checks and report issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
- Support additional warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leads
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year of warehouse experience
- Valid reach truck experience required (narrow aisle preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Seeking a long-term role
- CSA-approved safety shoes required
- Own vehicle required (due to location)
