What You'll Do
- Help customers find the perfect product or service and respond to their questions
- Share your passion for tech and your wide array of product knowledge
- Assist with store operations by completing opening/closing tasks and receiving merchandise deliveries
- Respond to customer escalations and other events when store leader is absent
What we're looking for:
- Enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment
- Must be at least the age of majority (18 or 19 years old depending on your province) to be able to process mobile activations
