Mobile Driver - Security Guard (Paladin Security)

Overview Job Skills / Requirements
We are looking for experienced and reliable Security Guards for Full-Time Mobile Officer roles! In this position, you will work 12-hour shifts overnight, patrol client sites, respond to alarms, complete lock-up / unlocks, and communicate regularly with our 24/7 Operations Centre. Our ideal candidate has strong observation skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.
Requirements
- Class 5 BC Driver’s License with clean Driver’s Abstract
- Valid BC Security License
- One year experience in the security industry or related field is preferred
- Flexibility to work 12-hour overnight shifts on a 4-day rotation
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Superior time management, prioritization, and organization skills
- Ability to make quick decisions in emergency response situations with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and Android Operating System software
- Physically capable of performing the required duties, including completion of foot patrols up and down stairwells, and lifting up to 30lb (parking gates)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
