Licensed 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) – Afternoons
Location: Burlington, ON
Industry: Food Manufacturing (Meat Processing)
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: $43.50/hour
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and repair mechanical equipment across the plant.
Perform PM, PDM, corrective maintenance, and complete work orders.
Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, pumps, grinders, packaging equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, fans, blowers, welding equipment, lathes, and other industrial machinery.
Execute equipment installations and provide mechanical support to production.
Perform TIG welding as required.
Follow all safety procedures, GMP standards, and maintenance protocols.
Record labour and inventory using a computerized maintenance system.
Work effectively within a team environment in a fast-paced meat processing facility.

Requirements
Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) License.
Strong troubleshooting and repair experience in manufacturing environments.
Proficient TIG welding skills.
Must provide own tools.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work extended periods standing.
Comfortable working in hot/cold conditions within a pork processing facility.
