The Opportunity
We are looking for Mill Spare for our Scarborough (New Forest) plant. Shift: Start 8 hours five days a week day shift (6AM-2:30PM) moving to12 hours rotating shift(6AM-6PM, 6PM-6AM) and wage: $32.17
What you'll do
- Provide cleaning inside and outside the mill, Assist operators with production duties and heavy lifting.
- Keeping the Mill to a standard of safety and cleanliness
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety and housekeeping practices.
- Able to work 8 hr and 12 hr continental shifts.
- Able to work in hot, cold, humid and dusty environment.
- Must have good organization skills.
- Follow company policies.
What You Bring
Education
- Secondary school education diploma
- Common math skills (adding, Subtracting, multiplying, and dividing)
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must have effective communication skills
Experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing
- Able to lift and move heavy objects
- Able to make decisions on demand
