Position Summary:
Our Client provides high quality diagnostic imaging services and select procedures to patients of all ages across Windsor-Essex and Chatham.
We are looking for professionals who share the clinic’s commitment to excellence, compassion, and patient-centred care.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Consistently provide prompt customer service and maintain a calm, professional attitude with patients
- Respond to patient inquiries and concerns appropriately and according to Clear company policy
- Ensure patient comfort during examinations, respecting individual concerns and cultural differences
- Involve the patient in their examination by hearing their concerns and by providing a detailed, patient-friendly explanation of every stage of their examination; refraining from providing a diagnosis
- Record/document images that support an accurate assessment of normal and abnormal findings
- Perform all patient examinations in accordance with Imaging’s protocols, policies and procedures with attention to required views
- Verify that examination(s) ordered on a requisition are those being performed and document reason for any variation and verify that all services performed are appropriately billed.
- Requires registration as an active member in good standing with the CMRITO
- Liability Insurance required
- Current CPR required
- Experience: MRT: 1 year (preferred)
- Reliable transportation – availability at all locations required
- Courteous and professional with patients, staff, referring physicians and other visitors
- Honest, respectful and trustworthy
- Willingness to collaborate with other departments

- Flexible in thinking and approach with a strong cultural awareness

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
