Location: Dartmouth Crossing, Nova Scotia
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 pm–6 am
Responsibilities
- Lead the overnight freight team by setting high standards in safety, customer service, and merchandising.
- Communicate priorities and expectations clearly to associates, ensuring they have the tools and guidance to succeed.
- Monitor and support associate performance through coaching, feedback, and identifying training needs.
- Address associate and customer concerns professionally and constructively.
- Participate in inventory management, marketing execution, and team meetings.
- Perform general sales associate duties as required.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a retail setting is an asset.
- Strong ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a passion for motivating and developing others.
- Demonstrated commitment to achieving goals and continuous improvement.
- Availability for overnight shifts (9 pm–6 am, Monday to Friday).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Physically capable of performing manual labor.
- Willingness to learn and operate machinery (21+ years of age due to forklift requirement; in‑house training to be provided).
