Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining rental properties as well as working on TLC/repairs in between tenants. This role offers an excellent opportunity for handymen who are looking for a flexible part-time position. We also provide training for those who don't have prior experience.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning in between tenants
- Drywall repair and installation
- Flooring installation and repair
- Appliance maintenance and troubleshooting
- Painting and finishing
- Minor plumbing and electrical repairs (within permitted scope)
- General building and property maintenance like snow removal and yard maintenance
- Maintaining safe and clean work areas
- Other maintenance duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager

Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: From $17.49 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 29 per week
