Lead Technician
Position Summary
Paul Davis Restoration provides property damage emergency services, restoration and reconstruction services for residential and commercial properties due to water, fire, mold, storm and other disasters.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- High-level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Operation Manager.
- The Restoration Industry is a 24/7 on call business. On call availability is required.
- Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
- Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
- You will be a leader for the team.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, One Drive)
- Excellent Communication skills

- Customer Service experience
- Valid class 5 drivers license with a clean drivers abstract required
- High school or equivalent required
- IICRC Certified, as an asset
- One or more years experience within the restoration industry
- 1 plus year experience in a craft, trade, or manual labor position or equivalent schooling
- Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 25% of the time within a vehicle.
- Ready to maneuver safely about job sites, stairs, walkways, roofs, crawl spaces
- Occasionally ascends and descends a ladder to complete jobs
- Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer, cell phone and documents
- Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone and face to face
- Frequently will lift to 75lbs
- Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
