Bradford Jacobs is assisting an AI drone solutions company, offering cutting‑edge aerial solutions across a range of sectors, including construction, agriculture, real estate, environmental monitoring, and infrastructure inspection. Their mission is to harness drone technology to deliver high‑quality data, insights, and visual content to enable clients to make informed decisions.
We are seeking a proactive and self‑starting Lead Generator to join our client's team. You’ll play a critical role in identifying and qualifying leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads within target markets.
- Engage with prospects through daily cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other lead generation methods across various industries.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow‑ups using the company CRM system.
- Research potential clients and decision‑makers to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Leverage social media platforms to support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation tactics and improve conversion rates.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics and performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support (entry‑level candidates with strong potential will also be considered).
- Strong working knowledge of lead generation tools and CRM systems (e.g., LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and target‑driven environments.
- Proficient in using social media platforms for business (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Self‑starter with a can‑do attitude; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the drone industry and SaaS software is a plus.
Additional Information
- $50,000 - $60,000 CAD with incentives for lead generation and business revenue conversion achieved.
