Job Description
Were a busy family of six with four awesome kids and a full schedule. Life around here is active (lots of basketball!) but also very family-centered we care a lot about creating a supportive, respectful, and structured home. We love to play outside, create with art, and sometimes we enjoy an afternoon movie.Our kids are energetic, fun, and pretty used to routines and expectations. Theres always something going on, but we keep things organized and value a calm, positive environment. While respect is very important, we dont consider ourselves strict - each of our babies are their own person! Only two of our four required child minding.
Were hoping to find someone dependable and easy to trust someone who can keep up with the pace, help things run smoothly, and feel comfortable becoming part of our day-to-day rhythm.
We are looking for someone who can come for full days Tuesday-Friday bi-weekly (twice a month). The occasional weekend availability would be a bonus.
