Reporting directly to the Director Partnerships, the incumbent will manage strategic partnerships and deliver on the service, quality and growth objectives. The incumbent will also be responsible for management of one individual dedicated to supporting growth within the partnerships. **As Manager, Partnerships and Private Label you will:*** Lead strategic relationships across with key retailers across private label coffee portfolio* Responsible for the management of private label P&L, including contractual spend, cost changes, product transition budgets, product exits with packaging and material obsolesces in addition to any promotional spend and innovation mix impact* Develop innovation recommendations through the analysis of white space and new trends opportunities. Drive the internal alignment with full financial and strategic rational within pre-established innovation guardrails* Manage partners expectations and needs through ensuring product innovation and rationalization plan is effectively communicated and aligned to internally and externally* Develop and present presentation material to customers and leadership teams to communicate future plans and changes* Support sales team in achieving sales and growth targets by ensuring strong in-stock position of Private label and communicate changes to the portfolio* Lead private label contract negotiation, extensions and discontinuations* Manage discussions around sustainability and corporate messaging through joint business planning meetings enabling long term cohesion on brand objectives* Manage a cross-functional team to support logistics and supply teams as well as partner initiatives.* Deliver and respect contract agreement including product launch, rebranding, price changes* Lead direct reports (Associate Manager), and maintain a strong structure that enables a high service level to key partners* Engage with the private label team in the US to explore the expansion of shared partnerships and activation of strategic opportunities while maintaining the responsibility for executing the current agreement deliverables* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, finance, marketing or equivalent degrees completed or underway* 5-7 years of sales, marketing, partnership or brand management experience including some management experience* Experience in a CPG company an asset* Robust understanding of a P&L structure* Strong organizational, collaboration and analytical skills* Project management skillset* Strong communication and organization skills* Strong presentation skillsKeurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) is a leading beverage company in North America, with a portfolio of more than 125 owned, licensed and partners brands and powerful distribution capabilities to provide a beverage for every need, anytime, anywhere.
