Sebastian is our toddler, and he is exactly what youd expect at this stage. Big emotions, lots of energy, and not a huge fan of sleep right now. He can go from happy to overwhelmed pretty quickly, so staying calm and steady with him makes a huge difference. He feeds off the energy around him, so if youre regulated, he settles faster too.
